- A personal espresso maker. Short servings; add extra water or separately prepared milk for longer drinks. Never put milk in its 80ml water tank.
- Power for your plans. Heating uses more battery than hot-water extraction. Use OutIn’s recommended 5V/3A charger; its USB-C cable is included.
- Choose the right coffee. Nespresso Original-style capsules or grounds work; Vertuo capsules do not. A case, grinder and stand can cost extra.
It earns its place when hot water is hard to find. If you always carry hot water, a lighter manual brewer may be enough.

Setup and everyday use
- Choose your coffee. Fit a compatible capsule, or fill the ground-coffee basket following OutIn’s dosing and grind guidance.
- Add water. Use hot or cold water within the marked 80ml maximum. The headline heating and battery tests use 50ml.
- Secure the parts. Install the correct adapter and screw the portafilter on firmly before starting.
- Press and enjoy. Choose heat-and-extract for cold water, or extraction-only for hot water. Let hot parts cool before cleaning.

Start with espresso, then make it yours. The 80ml tank is designed around a short extraction. For a longer drink, add water separately; for a milk drink, prepare the milk separately. Put water—not milk—into the machine’s tank.
Pack the right charger. OutIn recommends a 5V/3A USB charger. Its guidance says a low-power 5W charger will not do the job. The USB-C cable is included; confirm your wall or vehicle adapter meets the specification.
The coffee still makes a difference. Pump pressure is not a guarantee of flavour. Capsule choice, freshness, grind and dosing affect the drink. Start with OutIn’s instructions, then adjust your grounds to taste.
A little clean-up keeps the routine simple. Capsules keep loose grounds to a minimum. With ground coffee, empty and rinse the removable basket after use. Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions for the electrical body and seals.

Does it really heat cold water?
Yes, according to OutIn. Its headline test heats 50ml from 25°C to approximately 92°C in around 200 seconds. Colder starting water, a larger fill and battery condition change the result.
Which capsules can I use?
OutIn lists Nespresso Original-style capsules, plus a separate basket for grounds. Do not assume larger Vertuo capsules or other pod formats will fit.
How many coffees can I make per charge?
OutIn reports up to five brews when heating 50ml from 25°C, or 200+ extractions with hot water supplied, in its laboratory tests. These are not guaranteed real-world counts or full-mug servings.
Does it make lattes or large coffees?
It makes the espresso component. Add separately prepared milk for a latte or extra water for a longer drink. It does not include a milk steamer, and the water tank must not be filled with milk.
What comes in the box?
OutIn lists a coffee cup, capsule adapter, ground-coffee filter basket, spoon and USB-C cable with the Nano. Check the selected bundle; a grinder, stand and travel case are not part of every kit.
